Sistem za ultrazvočno merjenje debeline litine : zaključno poročilo o rezultatih raziskovalno razvojnega dela na projektu

Za podjetje CIMOS, d.d., smo razvili sistem za merjenje debeline stene litine na osnovi ultrazvočnih meritev. Sistem se sestoji iz merilne priprave za pozicioniranje merilne sonde po obodu izdelka, ...ter iz algoritma za obdelavo merjenih podatkov. Algoritem za analizo podatkov je zasnovan na včrtavanju kroga v merjene podatke, s čimer se zmanjša vpliv pogreška posameznih meritev. Rezultati meritev v podjetju CIMOS kažejo, da lahko s predlaganim sistemom kakovostno ugotavljamo minimalno debelino stene izdelkov, zato bo mogoče s takšnim sistemom nadomestiti obstoječe mnogo dražje rentgensko preverjanje kakovosti izdelkov.
