Techer's knowledge of methodology used in traffic education [Elektronski vir]

Traffic education is an important element of protecting the life of children. To achieve success in this field, a suitably qualified teacher is required. In the world of contemporary means of ...transport, his/her work is, among other things, dependant on a good didactic knowledge, which includes the use of contemporary teaching aids. All of this unfortunately causes numerous problems. What is the situation of traffic education like today, in the 9-year-long programme of primary school? Are there any differences in teaching traffic education in urban and suburban schoo/s? Are teachers well qualified for teaching the contents of traffic education? What is the co-operation between teachers and institutions in the school district? Some of the answers resulting from research are shown and described in the following paper.
