Raziskave evolucijskega potenciala in potenciala ogroženosti naravnih populacij smreke (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) v Sloveniji = Studie of the evolutionary potencial and the potencial endanger of the native spruce (Pice abies (L.) Karst.) populations in Slovenia

Za ovrednotenje genetskih struktur smreke s ciljem opredelitve njenega evolucijskega genetskega prilagoditvenega potenciala ter potencialne ogroženosti za izgubo genetske informacije v spreminjajočih ...se razmerah okoljasmo uporabili izoencime kot genske označevalce. V analize smo zajeli genotipe 1221 zrelih dreves smreke iz 22 naravnih populacij v Sloveniji. Za genski sklad 15 polimorfnih genskih lokusov smo za celotno območje raziskovanja odkrili skupaj 61 različnih alelov. V sestojih smo dobili 47,54 %do 65,57 % vseh možnih alelov. V sestojih je v povprečju 34,2 % alelov s frekvencami, manjšimi od 5 %, in 20,5 % alelov s frekvencami, manjšimi od 2 %. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da je v populacijah avtohtone smreke precejšnja potencialna nevarnost (ogroženost) izgube genetske informacije. Podana so priporočila za dinamično ohranjanje genetske variabilnosti smreke in njene prilagoditvene sposobnosti.
