    The purpose of the invention is to create an apparatus for controlled application of a surface layer, comprising highly concentrated, uniformly distributed and properly oriented magnetic particles, ... by means of three-dimensional printing onto a surface of a suitable substrate (8). Such apparatus comprises a stationary, namely an non- displaceable high-energy permanent magnetic assembly (5) which is configured with regard to expected properties of a desired magnetic field (B), wherein said magnetic assembly (5) is arranged in the area between a nozzle (3) and a platform for supporting of the substrate (8), and comprises at least a central high-energy permanent magnet (55), which is arranged co-axially with a vertical geometric axis (Z), as well as at least two peripheral high-energy permanent magnets (56', 56"; 57', 57"), which are arranged axially-symmetric with regard to said central magnet (55). The nozzle (3) of said apparatus consists of a non-magnetic, mechanically resistant and heat conductive material, and the printing unit (2) is on its external surface, which is faced towards the substrate (8), furnished with a washer, consisting of a non-magnetic and heat conductive material.
