Zasnova sistema distribucije spajke pri večtočkovnem selektivnem spajkanju : diplomsko delo

Avtomatizacija je ključnega pomena v sodobni proizvodnji. Konkurenca je neizprosna, izjema ni niti področje elektroindustrije, kjer deluje naše podjetje. Cilj diplomskega dela sta razvoj in uvedba ...novega sistema za distribucijo spajke s tangencialnim ventilatorjem pri proizvodnji motorja BG20. Zaradi preoblikovanja motorja in želj kupca smo nadgradili sistem za distribucijo spajke, ki zdaj omogoča samodejno spajkanje petnajstih pinov v istem proizvodnem ciklu šestnajstih sekund v primerjavi s starejšim modelom, ki je omogočal spajkanje petih pinov. Uvedba novega sistema je omogočila 39,3-% prihranek časa pri vzdrževanju spajkalne postaje, kar pomembno prispeva k povečanju produktivnosti. Poleg tega novi sistem omogoča natančnejše spajkanje in zmanjšuje napake v proizvodnem procesu. Vse to prispeva k večji učinkovitosti in ohranjanju konkurenčnosti na trgu, kjer sta hitra odzivnost na zahteve trga in kakovost ključna dejavnika za uspeh podjetja.
