Po izumu je predviden mehanizem za aktiviranje kolutne zavore, s pomočjo katerega naj bi bilo možno vrtilni moment, ustvarjen z vsakokrat za aktiviranje zavore razpoložljivim pogonskim sredstvom, na ...čim učinkovitejši način, namreč s čim večjim mehanskim izkoristkom pretvoriti v silo, s pomočjo katere se s pomočjo v vsakokratni zavorni čeljusti (1) razpoložljivega bata (2) vrši premikanje vsakokrat razpoložljive torne obloge proti vsakokrat razpoložljivemu zavornemu kolutu, in sicer ne glede na postopno obrabo zavornih oblog. V ta namen je v notranjosti votlega, v smeri proti vsakokratnemu zavornemu kolutu zaprtega in na svojem zaprtem koncu notranjo čelno površino (23) obsegajočega bata (2) vstavljen v vzdolžni smeri (x - x) bata premakljiv potisni sklop (3), ki sestoji vsaj iz navojnega vretena (31), z vsaj eno tečino (322) opremljenega prednjega naslonskega elementa (32) in z vsaj eno tečino (332) opremljenega zadnjega naslonskega elementa (33) ter med omenjena elementa (32, 33) v območju tečin (322, 332) vstavljenih kotalnih elementov (30), kot tudi iz med omenjena elementa (32, 33) vstavljene vzmeti (35).
