Zasnova in izdelava naprave za pridobivanje 3D filamenta iz plastenk : diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Projektno aplikativni program

Diplomska naloga obravnava zasnovo in samo izdelavo naprave, ki odpadne plastenke spremeni v uporabni filament za 3D tiskalnik. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljena PET plastika kot surovec za ...pridobivanje filamenta. Sledi opis 3D tiska in možnosti uporabe 3D tiska v industriji. V diplomski nalogi so opisane komponente, ki so uporabljene v napravi, ki smo jo zasnovali. Razložene so vezave prej omenjenih komponent, ter kako so uporabljene komponente pritrjene na samo napravo. Opisan je postopek uporabe naprave in stvari, ki se jih izogibamo. Sledi iskanje optimalnih parametrov temperature in hitrosti navijanja, ter parametrov za tiskanje s pridelanim PET filamentom. Na koncu je na osnovi natisnjenega izdelka predstavljena ˇse primerjava pridelanega PET filamenta s kupljenim filamentom PLA.
