Delavski in sindikalni turizem zaposlenih v Ajdovščini : magistrsko delo

Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj sindikalnega in delavskega turizma s posebnim poudarkom na podjetjih v Ajdovščini, hkrati pa vključuje tudi širši kontekst na republiškem in državnem nivoju. ... Raziskava temelji na arhivskih, časopisnih in ustnih virih, ki osvetljujejo raznoliko ponudbo sindikalnega in delavskega turizma, način njunega vodenja in financiranja ter njun pomen za zaposlene v Ajdovščini. Posebej je izpostavljen socialni vidik teh oblik turizma. Na podlagi statističnih podatkov je prikazan vzpon in zaton obeh oblik socialnega turizma ter ocenjena njuna potencialna vloga pri ponovnem zagonu.
