Konstruiranje grabilca mostnega žerjava z uporabo naprednih simulacijskih metod [Elektronski vir] = Design of a bridge crane grab using advanced simulation methods

V članku je predstavljen celovit pristop k numeričnemu modeliranju dvovrvnega grabilca mostnega žerjava, namenjenega transportu sipkih snovi. Z uporabo sklopljenega numeričnega modela, ki združuje ...metodi diskretnih (DEM) in končnih elementov (FEM), smo zajeli kompleksne robne pogoje, ki izhajajo iz mehanskih interakcij med sipkim materialom in konstrukcijo grabilca. Rezultati DEM simulacij so služili kot vhodne obremenitve za FEM analizo, s katero smo kvantitativno ocenili napetosti in deformacije pri enaki stopnji obrabe, določeni s poenostavljenim kvalitativnim modelom. Na podlagi teh rezultatov smo izvedli optimizacijo geometrije čeljusti grabilca, kar je privedlo do večje togosti, zmanjšanih pomikov in enakomernejše porazdelitve napetosti. Predstavljeni pristop ponazarja, kako lahko napredne simulacijske metode izboljšajo konstrukcijsko zasnovo transportnih naprav ter zmanjšajo potrebo po fizičnih prototipih v zgodnjih fazah razvoja.
