Stanovanjska problematika v Sloveniji in možnosti medgeneracijskega reševanja : magistrsko delo

Magistrska naloga obravnava stanovanjsko problematiko v Sloveniji z vidika možnosti medgeneracijskega reševanja, pri čemer se osredotoča na mlade in starejše kot dve ranljivi skupini. V teoretičnem ...delu naloga analizira ključne sociološke koncepte doma, stanovanja, mladosti, starosti in medgeneracijskega sodelovanja, v empiričnem delu pa na reprezentativnem vzorcu preverja pripravljenost prebivalcev na medgeneracijsko sobivanje. Rezultati kažejo, da medgeneracijsko sobivanje predstavlja realno možnost za omilitev stanovanjske stiske, zlasti v krajih z nižjo gostoto prebivalstva, vendar je njegova izvedba omejena z neustreznim pravnim okvirom in pomanjkanjem institucionalne podpore. Raziskava ponuja konkretne podatke, ki lahko služijo kot podlaga za oblikovanje politik in zakonodajnih sprememb, in opozarja na potrebo po kulturni spremembi, pravni reformi in sistemski podpori za uspešno implementacijo medgeneracijskih oblik bivanja.
