Morfologija in profilna sestava oksidnih in nitridnih zaščitnih plasti na nerjavnem jeklu po toplotni obdelavi = The surface morphologies and depth profiles of oxide and nitride protective layers formed on stainless steel by thermal treatment

Zaščitne plasti na nerjavnem jeklu AISI 321 smo pripravili s toplotno obdelavov zraku in dveh atmosferah kontrolirane sestave. Na površini jekla so nastale oksidne in/ali nitridne plasti. Za ...preiskovanje morfologije teh plastismo uporabljali SEM pri različnih povečavah. Uporabili smo tudi EDS za določitev elementne sestave nerjavnega jekla še pred nanosom zaščitnih plasti.Z AES smo izdelali koncentracijske profile plasti. Ker ti kažejo na debeline plasti reda velikosti nekaj sto nanometrov, smo poskusili uporabiti WDS za hitro informacijo o povprečni sestavi plasti. Med preiskovanimi vzorci smo ugotovili precejšnje razlike v površinski morfologiji, debelini oksidne/nitridne zaščitne plasti, sestavi zaščitne plasti in debelini prehoda med zaščitno plastjo in podlago. Obravnavali smo možen vpliv parametrov priprave zaščitnih plasti na njihove lastnosti.
