Šport na Fakulteti za družbene vede od začetka do danes

Šport ima posebno vlogo v vsakem življenjskem obdobju in nič drugače ni v študentskem obdobju. Šolanje na fakultetah je za večino ljudi zadnja stopnja izobraževanja in zato je še toliko bolj ...pomembno, da se šport na Univerzi vzdržuje in razvija. Na Fakulteti za družbene vede se je oblika športne vzgoje za študente spreminjala skozi čas. Vse od obvezne redne športne vzgoje v vseh letnikih študija do izbirnega predmeta Športna vzgoja ter rekreativne vadbe za študente. Tudi univerzitetna športna tekmovanja so bila in so še vedno ena od oblik športnega udejstvovanja študentov FDV. Poskrbljeno je tudi za zaposlene, ki imajo poleg športnih dni na voljo tudi redno športno rekreativno vadbo. Glede na dejstvo, da je šport oz. športna vzgoja na slovenskih univerzah prisotna že kar nekaj časa vendar v različnih oblikah, bi bila smiselna sistematična ureditev športnega udejstvovanja za študente vseh Slovenskih univerz in njihovih fakultet.
