Kemični sestav slovenskih vin : zaključno poročilo o rezultatih opravljenega raziskovalnega dela razvojnega raziskovanja = Chemical composition of the Slovene wines

Ugotovljeni so antociani monomeri, količinsko in kakovostno, za rdeči sorti Modra frankinja in Gamay barvarica, v grozdju, moštu in vinu, kar predstavlja dragocen podatek za identifikacijo vina teh ...sort. Sodi iz slavonskega hrasta so po aromatičnih sestavinah primernejši za zorenje rdečih vin sort Merlota in Caberneta sauvignona ter belega vina Chardonnay kot iz kraškega hrasta. Z uvedbo metodik za določanje reziduov posameznih fitofarmacevtskih sredstev na grozdju in vinu, je možno usmerjati izbiro le teh, poleg ostalih krakteristik (biološka učinkovitost na patogene, glive, stranski vplivi na mikrofloro). Za 20 vin slovenskega porekla so izdelana razmerja vodik : devterij, kar pomeni 20 standardov priporočenih sort. S temi podatki se lahko preverja izvor sladkorja v vinih, ki bodo namenjena za izvoz v EU.
