Analiza tribološkega in hidravličnega testiranja drsniškega hidravličnega ventila : diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Projektno aplikativni program

Potni ventili so običajno drsniškega tipa, kar pomeni, da krmilni bat znotraj ventila drsi po izvrtini v ohišju, pri tem pa se pojavljajo trenje, obraba in notranje puščanje. Ker je ohišje običajno ...mehkejše od bata znotraj ventila, se znaki obrabe začnejo kazati ravno na njem. Namen naloge je bil, da s pomočjo triboloških in hidravličnih raziskav določimo optimalen materialni par za bat in ohišje, da bo ventil v praksi imel čim daljšo uporabno dobo. Bat je izdelan iz visokokakovostnega konstrukcijskega jekla 42CrMo4, ohišje ventila pa iz C45, 42CrMo4 in avtomatnega jekla 11SMn30 z različnimi hrapavostmi izvrtin. Pri triboloških raziskavah smo izvedli teste z metodo »trn na disk«, pri hidravličnih raziskavah pa smo izvedli trajnostne teste. Pri triboloških testih sta bila merjena koeficient trenja in specifična obraba, pri hidravličnih testih pa notranje puščanje ventilov in tlaki. Na podlagi rezultatov merjenih veličin je bil izbran najbolj primeren materialni par.
