Analiza vpliva tehnologije odrezavanja ZnO keramike z definirano geometrijo na končno kakovost izdelkov : doktorsko delo

Doktorsko delo obravnava problematiko obdelovalnosti ZnO keramike iz vidika zagotavljanja ustrezne kakovosti končnega izdelka, visokonapetostnega varistorja. Ključna identificirana karakteristika za ... pravilno delovanje je stanje roba diska in adhezijska napetost naknadno nanešenega aluminijastega sloja. Delo vsebuje analizo vpliva tehnologije odrezavanja za doseganje željenih karakteristik ZnO varistorskega diska iz vidika doseganja primernega razreda krušenja keramike ter s pomočjo analitičnega modela teksturiranja površine in eksperimentalno razvitega sistema za ultrazvočno oscilacijo rezalnega roba tudi realno doseganje namensko teksturiranih površin. S tem je moč doseči ustrezno adhezijsko napetost aluminijastega sloja.
