Sinteza in dinamično obnašanje integrirane mreže destilacijskih kolon : doktorska disertacija

Prikazana je izboljšana sintezna metoda za ugotavljanje ekonomsko najugodnejše strukture toplotno integriranega večkolonskega destilacijskega sistema. Metoda sloni na računalniski simulaciji procesa, ... termodinamski metodi uščipa ter uporabi enostavnih in natančnih modelov destilacijskih kolon v sistemih ločevanja mešanice petih oz. šestih komponent. Osnovo ideje predstavlja integrabilnostni kriterij minimiranja intrakolonskih ploščin, s katerim ločuje zaporedja destilacijskih kolon glede na njihovo zmožnost toplotne integracije. Kot najboljše kolone so se pokazale tiste z najmanjšo znotrajkolonsko ploščino. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so ekonomsko najugodnejši toplotno neintegrirani in integrirani sistemi tudi dinamično stabilni. Ob dobrem načrtovanju regulacije je odziv na motnje v pretoku in sestavi napajalne mešanice znotraj sprejemljivih meja.
