Teorija in praksa socialne države [Elektronski vir]Mavčič, Arne ; Rošic Feguš, VerenaSkripta Teorija in praksa socialne države predstavlja rezultat predavanj pri predmetu „Teorija in praksa socialne države“, ki se izvaja na Evropski pravni fakulteti, Nova univerza. Služi kot ... študijski pripomoček predmeta. Skripta najprej umesti pojem socialne države ter ekonomskih in socialnih pravic v teoretični, zgodovinski, nacionalni in mednarodni pravni okvir. Temu sledi obravnava pojma socialne države v Ustavi RS. Naslednja poglavja se osredotočajo na ekonomske in socialne pravice v RS; predstavljena je vsebina, regulatorni okvir in razsežnosti posamezne ekonomske ali socialne pravice, razlago dopolnjujejo primeri iz slovenske sodne prakse ter primerjalno-pravni vidik (opis tujih ureditev in sodne prakse tujih sodišč). V zadnjem delu skripta obravnava teste presoje Ustavnega sodišča RS in Sodišča EU v primeru posega v ekonomske in socialne pravice.
