    Many companies in various sectors in industry discovered that just designing and developing products and services is insufficient for success. With the increasing competition and continuous ... improvements in the industry, factors like product functionality and technical reliability are selfevident. Frequently, it is the pleasant user experience that differentiates a successful product or service from the competitors. At Iskratel we are aware of this issue and so we began to integrate user experience into the product development lifecycle. We are paying close attention to user experience from the beginning of the development lifecycle until the final results. This article discusses the design of the user experience for Iskratelćs product - dispatcher terminal used by railway operators. Methods for evaluating user experience that are going to be used in our future work are presented.
