    The cross-curricular integration of music and visual arts in the new digital reality of pre-school can be a challenge for pre-school teachers in educational institutions, as they have to think about ... how to deliver learning content in a way that makes musical and visual expression more interesting, effective, creative and holistic, given the development of information and communication technologies. The qualitative research, based on interviews with 28 teachers of pre-school children in kindergartens with Slovenian as the language of instruction in the Coastal Karst Statistical Region, examined the implementation of cross-curricular links between music and art content using information and communication technology. We found that when planning and implementing cross-curricular creative activities, preschool teachers did not take sufficiently into account the possibilities and creative approaches offered by modern information and communication technology. At the same time, the way of implementing the connections showed a weak understanding of the specificities of interdisciplinary integration. The data obtained will help to remove ambiguities in the implementation of cross-curricular connections through the meaningful use of information and communication technology.
