Ekološka optimizacija solarnih energetskih sustava

Za vrijeme projektiranja solarnog sustava moraju se razmatrati brojni čimbenici kako bi se pronašlo najbolje moguče rješenje, a za postizanje ekološki svjesnih rješenja se u razmatranje i odabir ...mogućnosti moraju uključiti i ekološki uvjeti. Pritom se za procjenu utjecaja proizvoda na okoliš promatra njegov cijeli vijek trajanja, za što se najčešće koristi tzv. metoda LCA (eng. Life Cycle Asset). Ipak, pritom postoje ograničenja jer metoda ne može istodobno obuhvatiti cjelokupan utjecaj na okoliš na više različitih razina (npr. materijali, energija, otpad). Zato je predložena alternativna, ekoindikatorska metoda koja se temelji na težinskoj metodi pa omogućava određivanje samo pojedinačnih rezultata ukupnog utjecaja na okoliš.
